  The 10 day detox is a life changer! Worth every penny and the time commitment. Christine is amazing. She empowers people to take responsibility for their own health and shares her knowledge on healing your body from just about any ailment or infliction. I 100% recommend Adventures in Well Being and working with Christine to anyone who wants to feel better and live a healthier life. Truly!

  Such a life changing experience! The education, the treatments, the personalized coaching by Christine has all shifted my perspective on how I nourish myself and how to heal myself. I am so grateful for Christine and I can't believe that everyone isn't healing themselves in this way!

  Christine is a strong, compassionate woman who brings an educated and straightforward approach to a potentially uncomfortable arena. She is a wealth of knowledge around different types of cleanses, herbs, supplements, and essential oils. The clinic is warm and very clean, and has several detox modalities available to enhance the experience. With so much toxicity in our daily lives, I have always been appreciative of Christine’s acknowledgement of how life is and her willingness to be present and accountable within that, encouraging me to do the same. This, combined with her commitment to health and positivity, make for a very therapeutic experience.
