She is exceptionally knowledgeable about body mechanics and does a great job of keeping me moving, changing up the routine, and making sure we hit multiple muscle groups and/or get a core workout on many exercises. I definitely feel stronger with every visit. Best of all, I love her understated humor and ready smile.

She understands how to target problem areas to strengthen the body and provide support for weight loss. She is very diligent and pushes me each session to get stronger. She understands my limits and pushes me to extend them without overdoing it. I highly recommend her.

She is strong and skilled and works with a high level of professionalism. Not only do her massages feel great, but they are also incredibly rehabilitative. She has provided so much relief to issues that have been ailing me for years in just one session. If I could I would be on her table every day!

I often refer clients to her as well and they always return with excellent feedback. Laura is a very talented massage therapist who knows the body well. She's also a lovely person to be around! I highly recommend her.
