“This stuff really works. I was definitely a skeptic before we began using your material to promote, but the numbers don’t lie, our sales are up, and we are definitely more recognizable now. Thank you Focus 4 for doing such a good job, and thank you especially for helping us to reach customer bases we weren’t even targeting before. It’s been a great couple of quarters in a row now.”

“Spent the weekend camping at Sugarloaf. When you arrived at the park, the kiosk directs you to the Visitor Center to check-in. The campground host runs the visitor center and is friendly and knowledgable about the trails. He sold us some firewood and a trail map of the area and directed us to our campsite. There are some basic provisions in the general store so if you have forgotten something vital at home, you may find a small version of it there. There are even supplies for making campfire s'mores. Yum.”

“Beautiful campgrounds with a neat observatory. The bathrooms are ventilated, with flush toilets and actual lighting. There are showers that take quarters, but none of our group ever needed to use them. They were quite clean though. Quite close to the city should an emergency arise. Good for families. Beware of night hiking, as we ran into a couple mountain lions on a rather foolish excursion after dark. They're more scared of you than you are of them but you should still exercise great caution around wild animals. Stick to the daytime for such activities and you'll be fine.”

“It’s a really nice campground. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. You can see all the stars at night which we really enjoyed. There’s lots of wild life out there. From deer, turkeys and many other birds are in the campsite throughout the day.”

“Got out of SF for a few days and decided to come check out this newer campground addition to the Russian River. First, from all sides there are some beautiful views here. We met the ranger that patrolled the site and he was friendly and informative about the area, and enthusiastic to share his outdoors knowledge with us. The campgrounds themselves are classic fare with a fire pit and picnic table located at each one. The campgrounds are made to fit ~2 2-person tents and have space to set out a kayak. The grounds are right along the river and very accessible during high-tide, and sometimes you might run across mosquitoes if the river is at its lower points. I felt very safe staying here and we enjoyed access to the river both out to the ocean side, and down stream. Stop by for some fun!”

“A great lookout point in Sonoma Coast State Park with amazing 360 degree coastal views. Hike there via the various trails in the Park or simply park off the side of the road and hike the quarter mile or so to the top.”

“Would highly recommend the sandwiches from the deli! The worker preparing ours was super friendly and also really helpful when it came to accommodating substitutions like adding pesto and hummus to the veggie sandwich. Delicious, filling, and reasonably priced!”

“Hands down amazing! A small group of us stopped here randomly after exploring the coast and could not be happier we did. Make sure to ask for Amanda, her service compares to the experiences people write about after purchasing a “Three Wolf Moon” T-shirt on Amazon. If you don’t know what that is, do yourself a favor and read a couple reviews while drinking some of this amazing wine. Out of the 7 wine tours we did while visiting, everyone in our group still ranks Sonoma Coast Vineyards top on the list.”

“Nice set of trails / roads up and through the forest here. Popular with mountain bikers. Good spring time flowers and on clear days the ocean is viable from trails that hit the ridge.”

“Simply the BEST! Like all the other 5 star reviews here, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Andriy and his wonderful team. I simply adore them all. I don't have an easy dental situation so I have been through many dentists in the Bay Area and Dr. Andriy is the only dentist I can highly recommend. He's brilliant and kind and serious about his work. It is such a major stress relief for me personally to have these life-long issues resolved. Thank you so much Dr. Andriy.”

“Dennis is a wonderful healer! I first came in with a tweaked and spasming back and - after a single session of acupuncture and cupping - I left feeling almost completely pain-free. It was amazing. I have also seen Dennis for a chronic tendonitis issue. I was impressed with the depth of his knowledge and the time he took to precisely pinpoint the injury and the corresponding treatment. It's clear he has been doing this a long time and has a deep and vast knowledge of Chinese medicine. He also just has a great manner - very kind, warm, funny, gentle, skilled. I recommend him highly!”
