(September 11, 2020, 3:32 pm)Had a upright commercial freezer go down. Try to find freezer was impossible. So I called A & R Appliances and was put on the schedule. The first time I had to reschedule due to being out of town. They had no problem to reschedule. I received a call that the tech will be out at 2pm. He show up on time and look at the freezer. He had the part in truck and was able to fix it. Great customer service with tech and the person that called me. Sorry for not having names. Thanks again for the great service! Have a great day.
