(June 2, 2017, 11:28 am)Workouts and programs offered are varied according to your level. Unless it's a named workout, chances are it's a variation that hasn't been done here. Groups are friendly and understanding especially when you need to break in the middle of a session. One of the only places in Modesto with weightlifting platforms.
