Jaime is an excellent sleep advisor. He listened to the concerns I had about my sleep and back problems and he advised me accordingly. I’ve had my Serra mattress with its cooling properties and my adjustable base for over 2 weeks. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and equally pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, commitment and courtesy.

We originally went in to just test out and look around at mattresses. We were in the market to get one, but didn't know how quickly we would be able to do so. We were greeted by Richard when coming in and he was instantly very warm and inviting to us! Richard had us start testing different mattresses just to see the firmness level that we liked. From there we tried out different ones of different brands before we started looking at price points. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and helped us throughout our time there and was not pushy at all. He gave his opinions based on his own expertise and what other customers have expressed to him. Overall, he was soooo helpful and we were able to pick out our mattress and base with ease! Richard was very straight forward with what he could and couldn't do for us as far as pricing, and we appreciate his honestly from the start. Throughout our purchase, Emily was also there to help and offer her assistance as well! Please ask for Richard or Emily when you come shop at this location. They are truly great and made our buying process so simple and efficient.

Great customer service. Understood ours needs for an inexpensive mattress for our guest room. He was very informative on options to upgrade. No sales pressure. Made sure we had his contact information before left in case of problems or future needs.

Our salesperson was amazing. She was very personable and very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses and helping us determine which one was the correct on for our needs. I never received a call from the customer service center on when I was supposed to have my items delivered. However, our salesperson showed me how to scan to see where our delivery drivers were on the day of delivery to get an estimate on the time they would be there. Had she not done that, I would have had no idea on when they were delivering. The delivery guys were fantastic. Set up and clean up were fast. They were professional and very courteous.
