  David the Manager was very professional and took care of me without issue which i appreciate very much. It's really hard to find good service these days, and I was expecting to have to fight to get my situation handled, which was not the case at all... Story time: I had a Neotec 2 helmet that I got sized from a different location and they had sold me a Small and told me it would break in over time. I put around 3000 miles on that helmet and it never broke in. Hurt my head after wearing it for a hour or more. David said to bring it in and they would check it out. It turns out that the other location didn't size it rite and I actually needed a Medium. David ordered me a new helmet in Medium that I was able to pick up 4 days later. No hassle at all. Thank you David, I really appreciate it. My head no longer hurts while riding... The Modesto location is great so far. I look forward to purchasing more gear from this location.

  Big shop with a great selection of gear. The sales associates are friendly and helpful from my experience. My last visit was my third, and was a little surprised to learn they had some kind of loyalty program. I'm glad I went to this shop before purchasing anything hastily online though. I was able to try on a riding jacket I had my eye on, but discovered it wouldn't work for me. Will return to Cycle Gear.

  I am new to riding and came in for a helmet. Nicole was very patient and helpful. She took the to explain the differences in helmets and allow me to try on almost all of them until I could find the best fit. The store has great selection and the staff is amazing. I will certainly return in the future.

  The customer service was awesome. Store is filled with Super patient and nice workers who checked on us if we needed help and provided answers and recommendation. Would totally recommend anyone to come here.
