Sovereign Grace is the best kept secret in Modesto. If you knew how much God is doing in this Church you would attend its next scheduled service. If you get your children involved in our church they will not need the World. Our young people love the Lord and are very involved in each other’s lives and in serving the Lord. Come out and join us for a service, you will be very glad you did.

Biblical and expository preaching. Pastors who truly love the congregation. Caring and loving people. I love this church. I praise God for it.

Sovereign Grace Baptist Church is a church that focuses on glorifying God with worship and teaching the word in its entirety. The preaching is encouraging, challenging, evangelistic, conservative & God centered. The pastors are true shepards of the flock, in every sense! SGBC is a great place for all ages & stages & is also very family/kid friendly. There is wonderful discipleship and counsel here!
