Today was my first time taking one of our vehicles to Pit Stop for oil change service. I called in advance and spoke to Sebastian. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and knew exactly what was required for our vehicle. When I arrived, Sabastian was there and k ew I was the one he spoke to before I said anything. The team was great and very quick and efficient. They explained all that they did. There is the option to either sit in your vehicle, sit in the waiting room, or go to the store if needed. I walked to the store for a couple of items and by the time I returned they were done. They checked all fluids and topped them off as needed, and one tech informed me that they can clean the K&N filter if I wanted. I highly recommend Pit Stop.

Went here for my Oil Change. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. This location has a nice Air conditioned waiting room that I stayed in that included free water for customers. Overall I had a great experience. They even checked my other fluids and cleaned my windows!
