“Very friendly guys good service and the best prices. I got a transmission recently and unfortunately turned out it wasn't any good. Most places will give you a 30-day warranty but they gave me 45 and because I had the problem with the first one they said they would give me 4 months with the next one. I don't see many junk yards doing this. They said that they check all of them and make sure that they work but this one somehow got through because it actually did work for me for a little over a day but that was it. Very frustrating to have to do the whole job over again but they did the right thing and I think they would have still done it if it would been over the 45 day window”

“From the outside, this place looks like every other convenience/liquor store in the San Joaquin Valley. But once inside, and once you talk to the staff, you soon realize that this is a diamond in the rough. A surprising amount of merchandise is on hand, most of it standard convenience/liquor store fare, like cigarettes, liquor, chips, candy, lottery tickets, etc, but look a bit further and you'll also find t-shirts, more expensive bottles of alcohol, and of course, the most reliable Western Union service in all of Riverbank. And the staff is super-duper friendly! Sounds odd, but whenever I'm in Riverbank, I ALWAYS make it a point to stop in and say hi to the staff of Star Market.”

“I live in San Francisco and I would travel here any day to get my motor rebuilt. Customer service here is top notch! You can’t pay enough for quality. My motor on my mr2 blew and my friend recommended this shop. I went all out on the motor and do no regret it. Everyone here is very transparent, especially Kevin D. He has been with me since the beginning of this engine build. Gave me a couple recommendations and man his customer service is superb!
