(March 30, 2023, 4:23 pm)I really like this place. Good to go and see some wild animals while on the trails and have a picnic. When out there today and it is closed due to the flooding. (See attached photo)

(October 12, 2022, 7:38 pm)So very dry and brown at this time in Oct. Mosquitos we’re out, so cut my visit short. Nice place to spend spring days visiting though. Found a turtle on the road this visit.

(July 1, 2021, 3:37 pm)There are several interconnected trails to walk down. It’s a very easy hike. Tons of rabbits. Not much else wildlife wise. Saw a couple little birds but not very active today. Drive slow on the Dairy rd on the way in, lots of squirrels and birds in the road. Only one other person was there while I was there, it’s very peaceful and nobody is out there.
The only thing that ruined it is there are tons of low flying planes come over. They’re loud and distracting. -

(January 9, 2021, 8:02 pm)A really beautiful and peaceful place for birdwatching and hiking, family-friendly (kid-friendly), easy walk, the trail is basically all flat!!! There is a 30-40 mins natural loop trail, starting from the parking lot! My two-years-old can finish this loop by himself!
If you want more walking and hiking, there are other trails too! Highly recommend this place!!!
This is my favorite hiking place ever since we moved to Tracy in 2020! Only about 20 mins drive from our place!
