“It gives me great pleasure to write a review on a business that goes above and beyond. I am a personal friend and conservator of one of the residence at The Grove Memory Care facility. My experiences have exceeded my expectations. My friend has been in the facility since early 2022. I am responsible for taking care of his personal needs like shopping, going to the doctor, in some cases picking up medical supplies, etc. The staff at The Grove has consistently responded to my requests to have my friend ready for the occasion dressed appropriately and ready to go. In addition, I am a real stickler about cleanliness. I find the facility always in very good condition, very clean including my friends room. Currently my friend needs a medical cream applied to his skin. He can reach many areas of his own body and the areas he cannot reach, the staff takes care of on a daily basis. Another indicator that the company is well run is the level of happiness and satisfaction I see in the other residence. I am always impressed with how sensitive the staff is to their needs and how consistently they demonstrate patience and compassion when serving the residence. If any one would like to chat with me about the facility, please as Chris to provide my phone number and I am happy to talk to interested people. As a another note, I knew nothing about this facility until I came to help get my friend settled. He was placed there by his son and it was by chance we got such a quality company.”
