We went in the 2nd time to get more parts and found out the old one we brought in wasn't up to code. He saved us a huge headache with his specialized knowledge. We appreciate Rhen and Ferguson!! Today would not have been successful without them.

These guys proved amenable to walking me through what I needed. They do seem to have every plumbing part known to mankind so it is superior to the big box stores.
