Maggie Puentes was always quick to respond to my emails and kept me posted the moment the car arrived and was ready for viewing. Mike Castro (the GM) and Michael Castro (Client Advisor) both took the time to answer every question that I had and more. Michael is a delight - very knowledgeable and exudes a sincere willingness to help. Not once did I feel pushed or hurried. Amazing team!

He made the process smooth and hassle free. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and professional, he made the financing process easy and stress free. All the staff smiled and was friendly. Michael answered all the questions I had and took care of my needs. This dealership is the best around they offer great services & always offer customers to reach out with any questions or concerns. A staffer also gave me a quick class on how my new car works, this was very helpful being a 1st time customer. These cars have so many outstanding features. BMW of Visalia I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car. And don't forget to ask for Michael Castro!!
