First thing i loved was they didnt charge a application fee. That is a huge thing when looking for a home at most places they will charge $50 for each person that will be living in the home. And if you feel out 3 apps, thats $300 so thank you home rentals that in itself was a blessing. And they have a lot of rentals for very good prices. They seem to be nice people. We are just waiting on an answer about a application for a nice house, this would be a huge blessing and we are praying it goes through. God knows what we need and we make enough so im praying they see that we would be good renters and I will have a country home and want a beautiful green yard and it will always be Kept up.
