(August 3, 2018, 8:31 pm)My friends always ask me why I look so fit and trim - it's because I am a trail runner and often run in our local Santa Monica Mountains, sometimes running 50K at a time. Obviously, it's easy to have a daily calorie deficit. But, for those who are not endurance athletes and need to ditch some weight, I cannot possibly recommend a better, more caring place to make this happen. No crash trendy diets, it's all science based, and they know there stuff. The friends I've recommended Weigh-Less Health Center to, have thanked me. They've all lost weight and are much happier now.

(July 28, 2018, 1:48 am)Kathy makes your diet plan so simple. It’s all about managing calories and portion sizes, and she really simplifies it for you. No limitations on types of food you can eat or when you should eat. You only eat when you are hungry. I’ve lost 14 lbs in 4 weeks with diet alone (not much exercise).

(June 22, 2018, 12:23 pm)When I found this place last week I though it was too good to be true! Kathy and MA helped me find out how to lose the weight ive been dying to lose for months. MA was able to get me back in a room weighed in and vitals checked with in 10 minutes, Kathy came in soon after and she went over my goals and where im at with my weight our goal was two pounds a week, here it is almost two weeks later and im down from 240 to 232. Kathy was very knowledgeable about everything i had questions about. I asked about my BMI and Fat Percentage and she went over and showed me what it looks like to loose 5 pounds of fat and it blew my mind. She didnt have me change my diet which I loved and she encouages you to come in once a week to be able to follow up with her which is nice she took the time to really get to know me and i appreciate that. If your looking for your chance at loosing weight she is going to be your best bet!
