“Wonderful place to live! Great amenities and fabulous service. I recently had Robert (Tech 3) visit and take care of a maintenance problem. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. All the maintenance personnel and staff here are fantastic! Great job! Here is an update to my original review: After two and a half years, I moved from Avalon Mission Oaks to be closer to my daughter's new school. The experience living there was fantastic -- especially from the office team of Payton Wilson and Kelli. The maintenance team, lead by Bob, took care of any and every maintenance request with speed and efficiency. All together, everyone at Avalon Mission Oaks made it very easy for my family to call it HOME!”
