Everyone here is friendly and positive no matter what you leave feeling accomplished on a great workout. I highly recommend this place I know once they come in and meet the coaches and get a feel of the positive vibe people will stay. Love CFox

I was very intimidated to start CrossFit, but the owner Joe, all of the coaches and members were all so welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to start or even continue on their CrossFit journey!!

It doesn’t matter if your a beginner because everything is broken down step by step. All the members are super cool and friendly. I would highly recommend Cross Fit Oxnard to anyone looking to get there fitness goals started, or someone that wants to change up there routine. You won’t be disappointed!!

(December 4, 2018, 7:41 pm)This gym is great. It has a very welcoming environment and the coaches are really dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. They spend the time thoroughly teaching you proper technique before throwing you into a group class, which is perfect for people worried about getting hurt or being new to Olympic style lifting. Would definitely recommend to athletes of all fitness levels!

CrossFit Oxnard, not only has help me loose inches, loose weight and gained muscle but I have participated in several athletic events, something I’ve never imagine doing. I’ve never consider myself an athlete, now I can proudly say “I’m an athlete!” CrossFit Oxnard literally has change my life. I love lifting, I love running, I love the community and most of all I love the amazing Coaches! The Coaches are super knowledgeable, they always make sure your technique is right on point.
