(February 25, 2019, 7:01 pm)Spilled coffee on brand new carpet and used a couple of spray cleaners to try and remove it - ended up making it worse. Steamworks arrived promptly and managed to remove the stain. I can no longer see it - only the damage I did rubbing it too much trying to remove it. Would hire them again for future carpet and rug cleanings. Happy customer!

(November 25, 2018, 2:28 pm)Robert, with Steamworks, cleaned the carpet in our last rental after we moved out. The carpet looked and felt so much better than when we had moved in. This time, I called Steamworks right after we moved in so we could enjoy the clean carpet. I’ve found that lessors tend to use cheap carpet services that leave a residue and attract every particle of dirt. Steamworks’ technique is different and results in a clean carpet worthy of walking on barefoot. I don’t like carpet, but while it exists, call Steamworks! Robert is extremely professional and prompt and runs his business well. He also did a great job in our Ojai offices
