  We just had a day picnic here, but it's a very nice lake, big but not too big, looks like you can have a lot of fun here with your boat. we saw deer's also.

  We were driving to Fillmore and decided to check this lake out. Its small, but offers boat rentals. There is a store and camp ground. What caught our attention were all the deer. They were sitting all over the lawn and surrounding land near an employee building. They were so beautiful.

  Our go to place for local camping. Camp host are so friendly compared to other places. The kids find nature exploring easy with deer walking around the sites during season and hearing the cows and coyotes at night/early morning. The only bad/sad part is the lake is turning into a puddle. We end up here 3-4 times a year.

  Campground well maintained, bathrooms were always clean, just make sure you take quarters to operate/activate the showersentire. Staff was friendly, golf cart drives around selling refreshments, ice, and firewood. I am definitely coming back with family and friends. Nice easy place to get away to, about 1hr in clear traffic from the San Fernando Valley. 5 stars for sure!!

  Campgrounds are snug, but not much different than others I have experienced. Short hike down to the lake. Boats available to rent which is nice.
