  I love 9Round. The trainers are amazing and are there encouraging you every step of the way. I started 9Round during a fitness challenge last year and it changed my life. Not only did I lose weight and build muscle, but I learned healthier eating habits and for the first time in my life truly got healthy. The 30 minute workout works well with my busy schedule as a full time working parent. Since joining 9Round I feel so much inside and out.

  This is the best gym for people with hectic, on the go schedules. The classes are intense, but also defined to suit all levels of fitness. The trainers are great and give clear instructions. I would recommend this gym to anyone, any age, any fitness level. Gym hours, specials and opportunities well communicated. A great experience that will keep you coming back for more, even through a little soreness from the previous workout.

  I cannot overstate my satisfaction with Simi Valley 9Round. Fun fast pace workouts, clean/modern equipment and the professional trainers make it stand above the competition. Every workout feels fresh and you really feel like the trainers have a personal investment in your growth

  Great people, intense workouts, and accommodating hours. I feel so great after every workout. Something different every time! The trainers and staff make working out fun and each person gets the attention they need to make sure they are doing the workouts correctly and burning those calories. Love the results, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the gym!
