  This was my second occasion to call American West Appliance. I called them in the morning with my Kenmore dryer issue, it stopped heating, and the repair man was at my house within 2 hours. He was timely, friendly, efficient and did a great job. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

  This is the second time I have used American West. The first time I was very pleased with Michael when he repaired my stove the day before a big holiday. He was honest reasonable and got the job done in a timely fashion. The second time, today, I thought my garage fridge needed a new gasket. Michael took one look and said the fridge doesn't a gasket but needs to stop rocking. Michael took care of the problem with a little ingenuity and saved us from an unnecessary repair. I highly recommend American West for appliance repair.

  I have been using them for years . Extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and Reasonable. truly they can fix anything. Once again they have saved me from going to the laundromat! There is is the only number you will need!!!

  Today i called American west simi valley to repair my washer and to service my dryer. I was very impressed with the service they provided. I had Mike as a service technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable and the most important for me - on time!!! my repair was scheduled from 8-10 am and he showed up in my house at 8.05 am. WOW! Appliances fixed, everything is working and i am very happy with the price( very affordable) . From now on i know where to call in case of something broken in my house. Thank you ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  Mike and Helen, who answers calls, were both exceptionally nice and competent. They were very sympathetic to my needs and responded very fast. The problem, solution and price were clearly explained to me and the work was completed as promised. My refrigerator has been working fine and I would not hesitate to use this company again.
