He was soooo very helpful and patient with the possibilities of what could/would happen with the process. I got a text when he was on his way, and when he arrived and we walked through the house, he described how he would take care of all of the spots and traffic areas. I am THRILLED with how they turned out!! I whole-heartedly recommend Premium for anyone who needs the BEST carpet cleaning and phenomenal service!
