  What a great new location in Simi for an Urgent Care center. VIP Urgent Care provides superior medical care with minimal wait. As soon as I entered, their team member Emily greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. Their doctor is very nice and knowledgeable too.
  
  They provide a vast array of services from routine care, diagnostics as well as urgent card services.
  They accept all types of insurances too including
  Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regal, Lakeside, UnitedHeathCare, Medicare, Facey, HealthNet, HealthCare Partners and all PPOs.

  Another 5 Star VIP experience here at VIP URGENT CARE! Welcomed right away again with a great attitude & smile as we walked in. Filled out some paperwork as they entered my DL and Ins info into the computer. But the time I finished my paperwork, I was called in by Scott to check my vitals.
  
  Scott made me feel welcomed as well and help me calm down for my visit as he calmly explained the next steps of checking my vitals and introducing me to Dr Eric. He processed my vitals rather quickly and got me into another room to wait for the Doctor.
  
  In less than a few min, I heard a knock at the door and explained my situation to Dr Eric. While being kind and empathetic, he quickly analyzed my situation and explained what was happening to me in layman’s terms. He then told me how they are going to handle the situation and what medicine I need to take.
  
  I truly feel like a VIP at this Very Clean location!!!

  I was there this morning with my special needs young adult daughter.
  I dont have to go in details of what I needed for my daughter. Individuals with autism can be challenging at times and they want things done in a specific way.
  All that too say that the lady at the front desk was sooooo nice and helpful and the doctor went beyond the call assisting my daughter.
  It's hard to find professionals that can give a little more than what is expected . It's a blessing to see just good people understanding others beyond medicine.
  I will be coming back for my needs and the needs of my family

  Super fast, professional, ultra clean & efficient!! Sooooo much better than any other urgent care I have been to. From front staff to the doctor--world class folks!!!

  Best Urgent care ever. Super swanky interior. No wait for the nurse or doctor. In and out in about 20 mins!!! Didn't know that was even possible. Really nice staff too.
