“805 Boot Camp is my home away from home. I can think of no better way to start my day than with the amazing and encouraging atmosphere there. I know I have made friends for life, not only with Randy and Sarita, but so many campers! It's not a gym, where you show up whenever. Attendance is taken because they sincerely care if you don't show up. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned athlete, your fitness will improve without a doubt. If you want to train for your first 5k or marathon and beyond, you will get the best guidance. I am writing this 2 days after my first marathon, and I absolutely believe that I am feeling strong and recovered because of the cross-training we get at boot camp. We run, walk, jump rope, squat, lunge, carry sandbags, flip huge tires, do push-ups and work our core every which way! There is yoga, boxing, and we get new and fun things thrown at us constantly! I can't say enough about these guys. There are boot camps down the street from my house in the San Fernando Valley, but I choose to travel to Simi Valley every day! It's THAT good!”
