“Mrs. Lee is the BEST! She always hems my pants (I am a shortie) and she does a GREAT job! I took 7 pairs of pants to Promenade Cleaners to be hemmed the other day. It was 108 degrees outside and not much cooler inside. While I was trying on the pants for pinning, man brought in HIS pants and she took care of us both at the same time, in between measuring each of us! The man needed his pants in 2 days. She said fine. She offered to do ALL of mine in 3 days. Wow! She is the DEFinition of "grace under pressure." To the person who published the review about buttons on a nice jacket. I was always told by my NYC mother to take my buttons off my coats before dry cleaning if they were "nice." Articles of clothing are not cleaned individually and all go in the machine together unless you request and pay for special handling like a wedding dress.”
