The tech came to check on our A/C as part of regular maintenance. It is the second time he has come out to the house. He is very professional and gives me helpful advice to keep our equipment running as efficiently as possible between maintenance calls. He made sure I understood the service plan costs and did not rush me through any explanation, which I really appreciate.
My tech was a very polite, helpful technician who provided maintenance on my AC unit. Great work!!
