  I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for finding Shushan. She is extremely compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental. I felt a sense of huge relief after I left her office the first time I met her. It was almost like someone lifted a heavy rock off my shoulder. I was able to look at my problems from a different angel which allowed me to solve them one by one. I am just very thankful to God for showing me the path to this therapist.

  If you are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive therapist, Shushan is the person to contact. Seriously, I couldn't be more grateful for what she has done for me. I don't have major mental health issues however, for months I wasn't feeling like myself. I knew I had a mild depression and when I started seeing her, she confirmed it for me. First session I told her I just want to go back to my normal state and by the end of the session I was already feeling better. By about 8th session or so, I was more active, excited to get out of bed, joined the gym, started eating healthy, planned a vacation with family for the summer, picked up a hobby for riding a bicycle and reading. I saw her for another few sessions and she said that I can now see her bi-weekly. Then she reduced the sessions to once a month. I will be seeing her again next month and she said we can look at discharging me if I feel ready. I am doing so much better and so grateful for her support and push.

  If you are ever struggling with life and feel things are just overwhelming to handle on your own, you have got to go to Shushan. She knows exactly what she is doing and how to help you figure out things and put the puzzle together. Honestly, I have been to multiple therapist throughout my life since childhood. I changed from one therapist to another and always wanted to find the best. I am confident to say, she is the best, at least for me.

  I moved to LA from SF and it's been a tough move for me. I was not able to adjust to the new city, I missed my friends, familiar places, my job... I was very close to moving back when a friend of mine from SF recommended I see a therapist. I found Shushan online and decided to see her. From the first time I met her, she was able to instill hope in me. I continued seeing her every week for about 2 months. I can say now that I am an LA girl and happy to have stayed here.

  After I had my first child, I fell into bad depression to the point where my husband thought I was not able to effectively care for our baby. His mom helped us a lot during that time and took care of our newborn but I was not doing well. I am so thankful to have found Shushan who helped me alleviate depression ad cope with my feelings. I saw her once a week for about 4/5 months and I was back to normal.
