  I've been coming here for the past two years. The staff has always been professional and nice to work with. They accept the insurance offered through Costco, which is the primary reason I go here but I found Park Place to be a nicer experience than the other dental practices that are on the same insurance plan.
  
  The equipment they use is great and the interior is nicely decorated.

  THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If you are looking for a great office staff, great billing practices, organized, clean, up to date technology, professional and friendly service look no further! I've lived in Conejo Valley for 25+ years. Grew up here and after I "graduated" from kids dental facilities I've yet to find a nice, professional and gentle dental group. I tried a few places here and there and just never had a good experience. They either had terrible office staff or billing was a mess or the dentist wasn't knowledgeable, helpful and painful (I'm talking extra painful, not the discomfort you kind of expect from a dental visit). I was referred to Park Place Dental by a very good friend and I thank her EVERY time I go there. I had scaling done previously at another dentist office in Newbury Park and I screamed and cried through the whole thing (they even had to shut the door to my treatment room and told me I was making other patients nervous which was so embarrassing to me), it was the worst dental experience of my life. I was incredibly nervous at Park Place dental receiving the same exact scaling treatment. I braced myself for the worst and came out of the scaling in ZERO pain, felt just fine and found it to be a wonderful experience and pain free. Aside from the wonderful pain free experience, Dr. Hoyle is amazing, he's super friendly, knowledgeable, caring and goes above and beyond for his patients. Beyond Dr. Hoyle and the Hygienist team, the office staff is AMAZING. They are so on top of it with dental insurance, managing your billing and your care, it's the most professional and seamless experience I've ever had (they also work magic with scheduling and go an extra mile to fit you in if needed), they are very clear with their billing, they explain it to you and they did ALL the leg work with my insurance so I didn't have to do a thing, their prices are also very fair (at a former dentist office I was used to fighting with them regularly on their billing practices, for the same procedure with the same insurance I spent WAY more and spent hours on the phone organizing my insurance etc.).
  I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Hoyle and the Park Place Dental team. I finally found a wonderful dental office that I can call my dental home for all my families dental needs!
  PS - My husband loves them too! He thought the last dentist we saw was ok and then he went here with me and said "Wow I never knew this could be such a great experience, it's so much better than any other place we've been"

  I came to Park Place dental after two very regrettable years with another dentist. In all honesty I was ready to be hypercritical. There are quite a few dental practices locally and I accepted it might take awhile to find a dentist who I was comfortable with. As I said I had a bad previous experience, bad enough that I was never putting myself in that situation again even if it meant paying for a competent dentist out of pocket.
  
  i don't want to oversell this but the impression is that competent is kind of Park Place's comfort zone. The equipment is more advanced than I was used to allowing for a crown to be made while I waited in the chair and get all the work done in one visit. The staff worked well from the front desk to the hygienists and X-ray technician and doctor Hoyle himself. follow up on the procedure was competent without being intrusive.
  
  So I'm happy with the dental work, the staff and the practice in general. If you should be in the market for a dentist in the Newbury park area I'm recommending Park Place.
