“My experience here was quite pleasant. I came in to this store Wednesday last week, i had a complication with my package and unfortunately i had to arrive to the store to resolve the problem. When i first arrived the line was kind of long and there wasn't a lot of employees to help. When arriving i spoke to one of the employees there and explained the problem to her. She was very sweet and apologetic towards the fact that i mistake was made. She was very patient with me as frustrated as i was she accommodated me and didn't try to rush me away like i expected.
