I STRESSED to him how I did not want to have carpets that stayed wet for days after, as I have experienced this before. Mike came with a professional steam clean truck with generator and real steam. Not only was Mike on time, he was actually early! Impressive. He and his partner set up and went to work right away. They helped me move things around so they could clean underneath it. After the thorough cleaning I was happy to see all the dirt came up. The carpet is worn high traffic areas and will need to be replaced soon, however he made even those areas look great. Thank you Mike for not only giving me what I asked for, but also at a great price!”
