Very professional, good service. I've used Ben for years and he is very accommodating.
I have been a customer of Ecotone since it was established. I have always been completely satisfied with the work they do. As the owner of multi-unit properties, it is important for me to have people who work on the property that I can trust and who give my tenants the best service. Ecotone provides monthly service on my property for preventative measures. I had an issue one time where I needed Ecotone to come out and check on something I felt needed immediate attention. They were quick to respond and handle the situation immediately. It is great to be able to know my tenants are living rodent-free and insect-free due to the great work Ecotone provides. They are great at giving me advice on how to prevent these issues. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
My house was infested with flies. I chose Ecotone because I did not want toxic chemicals used and was pleased that Ben had an alternative way to rid my house of pesky insects. I appreciate that he calls me to schedule a time for him to come by for follow up every two months. He is thorough and efficient and I am no longer bothered by unwanted insects.
