  I would give 10 stars to JP if I could! JP has been the only service associate that has given me honest insight, patience, and excellent communication when explaining our service needs. JP is really on top of reaching customer's needs and promptly took great care of my husband and I. He kept us updated throughout the entire 2 week process that it took to fix my husband's car. We couldn't be any happier with the excellent customer service he provided. I am going to always ask for him whenever I go back to bring in my husband's truck! Thank you JP for making our experience at Dodge absolutely wonderful. You went above and beyond our expectations.

  My experience at Crown Dodge was nice. Scott was my Service Advisor, he was very professional for his position at Crown. I brought my vehicle in at first to get a diagnostic done. In the time I was setting my appointment, Scott went ahead and looked to see if I had any recalls needing to be done, which there was. I was impressed when he gave me the option to either include or not to include the recalls, instead of automatically including them into the work order. The next day I followed up with him, and he told me that his mechanic was taking on extra work at the time and the truck was going to have to stay another day and told me it will be done the next day. So, I had requested if my one day loaner vehicle can be extended passed the original loan period, and he said that is completely fine. Scott contacted me the next day saying the work was completed and vehicle ready for pick up. Upon arrival Scott and his mechanic met me outside with my vehicle and went over the work that was performed in detail and a way that I would understand. I would have given a 5 star rating, but the wait times on the phone where taking up to 10 min or longer.
  
  Next time I visit Crown, I will be looking forward to meeting with Scott again and him assisting me with my needs. Thanks.

  Extremely satisfied with the service provided by crown dodge! By far one of the best of dealerships. Great selection with the best prices.We shopped around but ended up coming back to crown dodge to seal the deal. Jacob was very helpful and very patient. He took the time to show me every model and every feature the car came with. Highly recommend Jacob to anyone shopping for a new car!

  I would like to thank the service manager Robert Sanchez and JP for putting the faith back in me . I had taken my car in and was trying to get it fixed when I had a ex employee who no longer works there was taking my money but never fixing my car. These 2 gentalman were kind enough to fix my car and then some. JP never charged me for labor and was even willing to stay after hours to fix my car. It actually feels great to know that there are some great honest mechanic s still out there in the world. Thank you guys so much for fixing everything on my car and then some. JP still checks on me to make sure that my car is still running fine. Please people if you need a great mechanic please ask for JP at Crown Dodge.

  Above and beyond Excellent service. I have never in my life been treated so well, and I've been married for over 22 years; and my wife has never done this for me. Not only did you fix my problem, you fixed problems I never knew I had and even made sure I was taken care of for transportation. You are, and always will be my top choice for service, thank you for everything. If there is ever anything that I can do to help, don't hesitate to ask.
