  We found Mike through a referral and it could not have turned out better! Mike is a great agent who's communication is top-notch and he is always available. We are pretty intense about house hunting and 99% of the time Mike was able to meet us at a property last minute. I honestly wondered if he had other clients at times cause he always had plenty of time for us. We were new to the area (moved from the East coast a year ago) and needed someone with great local knowledge and Mike definitely fit the bill. He is great at getting the answers you need from other agents and provides good advice on both listing prices and potential offers. He took the time to get to know our needs and wants in a house, and ultimately helped us find the right fit that also worked with our budget. He has a laid-back style but is attentive to the details from finding the right place to closing out the transaction. We could not recommend him more and would not hesitate to send friends and family his way!

  I am not the easiest client. I did not want broker walk troughs', open houses or shoes on. Mike had no problems with my concerns and helped make a really stressful situation easy.
  Mike is client driven, and I do not get to write that all to often these days. He also knows the laws and practices a high ethical standard.
  His concern did not end with the sale. He spent a lot of time helping make sure I had a home to go to, including referring an excellent agent in the Central California region.

  Mike Love was exactly the right agent to help me find my first home. This whole process was foreign to me and friends warned me that it would be highly stressful. Mike made it a ton easier. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and honest. And a terrific communicator—I never had to wait long for answers to questions and when we first started looking, he would touch base with me almost daily with updates on new inventory. He was never pushy, only helpful.
  
  And when I needed someone to go to bat for me, Mike was there. We ran into some snags with the lender during escrow, especially toward the close. It moved twice and when it looked like it was going to move a third time, Mike quickly jumped in. He called the loan broker and insisted we stay on schedule. And it did. The loan was funded and escrow closed on the same day.
  
  I was almost sad when Mike gave me the keys. I was stoked to be in our home but bummed that we would no longer be in contact often. Mike became a good friend during the two months that we worked together and my kids and I already miss him. He helped make the home-buying experience a real joy.

  So this guy... Mike Love, he better be a cool guy and know his stuff with a name like that! I called him about a month ago after looking at some stuff I saw on google, and yea, he seemed pretty cool and so we met at his office off seaward and we went over how to get started (I'm a 1st time home buyer). We are currently still looking for a house but I am confident he will find it for me. Thanks for all your hard work so far Mike, can't wait to call Ventura home!
