The employees here are top-notch. They know me by voice, by sight, and often by name! They know my medications, and will willingly loan me meds if there's a problem with the insurance, which is of the utmost importance in my illness. They are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They work with me to figure out billing and insurance difficulties, since there are differences sometimes in electronic/fax/telephone communications, and I've had to switch doctors several times. Every time they've got my back.
The family has been using this place for years. Customer service always is good I've never had any problems or issues with the service or the medication provided.
The employees are always wonderful. I've been coming here for a few years now and I've never experienced a problem. They are always quick to fill prescriptions and while you wait there's a Ralphs next to it so you can get some groceries or etc. while you wait also food in the same area. They say it may take 10 mins but it's almost always shorter than that. They do a wonderful job!
