  Our experiences at East Ventura Animal Hospital are always professional, caring, and courteous. Dr. Fowell is our vet of choice, but we also had a great experience with Dr. Bohman. The vets are loving, caring, and empathetic to our animals needs. I always know our pets wil be treated with the utmost care. The staff also makes us feel welcome and cared about.

  BIG thank you to Amy Pelayo with East Ventura animal hospital for taking good care of Beans. I took him to visit her for the first time about a week ago regarding a problem area that was not healing. What had already taken over 7 weeks, and could have taken months to heal and or become way more complex. Amy took care of in a week.
  
  We came, she saw, she treated (with a completely different approach) and Beans is much better, and a happy dog once again.

  Recently took my two guinea pigs sandwich and kitty for an ultrasound and we found it extremely easy to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Fowell For Guinea Pig Visits.

  Our two dogs have been cared for at East Ventura Animal Hospital. The doctors have treated our pets compassionately as well as with a great deal of wisdom. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. I trust EVAH completely to treat our pets.

  The vet that cared for my dog was awesomely Knowledgeable past any vet that I have ever experienced. I did not catch Her name, but she was on the tall side with blonde Hair and in active shape.
  She solved a mystery that has lasted for 8 years in just one visit.Petroleum products will kill my dog due to sensitive skin and fleabites make her sensitive skin rough. She needs special flea medication and apparently the 8 year long sensitive skin mystery is connected to too much yeast in the skin creating a toughened barrier on the skin especially when a flea bites her.
  No other vet has figured this out in all her 8 years of life. She asked me about 20 questions in a row, which would probably annoy the standard anxious person of the normal day life. I am a kick back, cool, down-to-earth person and I just went with the flow. The event seemed surprised on my calmness, but I was not flustered. She was very thorough on all of the information given to her and she connected all of the dots over the last 8 years near automatically!
  The next time I need a vet visit from my dog, I am asking for her and only her!Thank you so much for having her on staff. She is absolutely wonderful!
