I am Dr. Pagan's patient and I am very happy & impressed with his services. Dr. Pagan is a kind and companionate dentist. He is honest, sharp and very informative. He explained everything in detail to me, answered all my questions and was very helpful in my time of need. I came to him after an unscrupulous and negligent dentist ruined my veneers. After such a bad experience it's hard to trust other dentists again, but that wasent the case with Dr. Pagan at all. He is really sincere, transparent and trustworthy. He truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He took the time to explain all my treatment steps and went above and beyond for me. The best part is that Dr. Pagan is not only a dentist, but a prosthodontist who has completed dental school plus 3 additional years of advanced training to become a leader and architect of dental reconstruction. With his specialty in dental reconstruction, I knew I would be in great hands regarding my dental issues and I was right, I am so pleased with the results. I was also happy to hear that Dr. Pagan taught at UCLA school of dentistry and really enjoyed teaching others as well. Which I can tell, with his patient and kind personality. Mayumi (front office manager) is also as amazing. She is kind, companionate informative and makes sure you are always comfortable. The service there is great. I highly recommend Dr. Pagan to everyone. You will be in excellent hands. Thank you Dr. Pagan for my new smile, you did a great job! I look forward to you being my new dentist.
