(January 23, 2019, 2:22 am)4 star simply because there are so many fantastic places around. Great area for day hikes and picnics. Nature and visitor center are nice and have programs and activities frequently. Mountain biking and horseback riding also allowed on certain trails. Great view of Mount Boney.

(December 29, 2018, 10:23 pm)Awesome moderate hiking trails. Awesome views of the mountains and the ocean. We hiked the 8 mile hike to Danielson Monument then came back along the creek then the fire road. Awesome day!
