“I needed a radiator for my 2005 Honda Civic so I called around for quotes. I called JD Radiator and they were almost half the price of other shops. He gave me an out-the-door quote and I couldn't turn it down. When I showed up, it was a little shop hidden behind a stereo store. The mechanic was there with the part ready to install it. He was very nice and he made me feel comfortable about being able to do the repair. I returned a few hours later and the new radiator was installed. The mechanic went over the repair with me and explained what he did and even showed me where the old part failed. He included new upper and lower hoses and a new thermostat at no additional charge. When it came time to pay, the total was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. He gave me a three year parts and labor warranty and informed me that they also perform other types of repairs. I would definitely go back there again and I would recomend them to anyone looking for affordable repairs and good service. In a nutshell, if you need repair service, you'll get great service at an affordable price frim this little shop. Give them a call.”

“I had an intermittent electrical problem with my Toyota. Called J&H and was told to come over. The gentleman was very pleasant and courteous and took about 15-20 minutes to troubleshoot the problem. As is the case with intermittent electrical problems, nothing showed up in the diagnostics. But he did take the time and thoroughly checked what could be checked, including cleaning battery terminals and insuring that they were properly tightened. When I asked what I owed him, he said nothing. Good businessman, I will go there when I have battery or electrical problems in the future.”

“I brought my bike into Cycle D after my wife had an excellent experience with their team, and my experience was equally excellent! My bike needed a lot of work, as it was in storage for the better part of the past two years. I'm not an experienced or frequent biker, so I explained that I didn't want to spend a ton on repairs, and they were very respectful of that. They gave me all the potential options on the spot and let me choose what I wanted. Because I got a tune up, they also included the labor on my replacement parts, which was really nice.
