“Macy's was a great experience. I went Christmas shopping today at the men's section and Irene demonstrated a variety of colognes and I ended up choosing Dior for a gift. Irene and her coworker kindly wrapped it for me which was a big advantage, with holidays and all. I also went to the women's department, and I wish I could remember her name, but I forgot to ask.Bummer. Well, she demonstrated me the women's perfume and I chose another gift set.The kind lady wrapped the gift for me. “This is a review of the staff at the Thousand Oaks store not the chain itself. In the past two months we have ordered two large sets of furniture. Both times staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we got what we wanted, including calling other stores to get extra chairs to complete our outdoor set we needed right away. While corporate, they made us feel more like a mom and pop operation. (Just try and wait for the sales!)”

“I've had my carpets done through OAK PARK CA CARPET CLEANING they are by far the most reliable company out here in the Los Angeles area. I had my guest house done by these guys and I was looking to start renting the place out but needed the carpets cleaned before I went ahead and moved forward anything. They left the place looking spotless and clean. You could actually feel and notice the difference before and afterwards. I gave them a call and their rates sounded pretty good compared to any other companies out in this area. So I went ahead and followed through with an appointment. The technician arrived right on time and did such a great job with the room. His time was quick and manageable and I was beyond pleased with the outcome of the place.
