“By now the staff at the Ojai Medicine Shoppe know me by name. They were very polite and personable even on my first visit. Every time I fill a prescription, have a complicated question, or call they are very nice and very quick to respond. They even call to let me know when something is ready, and scripts only take about 15 minutes to fill. The owner Amani is great and has an excellent staff. As a return customer they have given me their discount program, and sent me coupons. You can't find that kind of personal and polite service at the other big chains (I have had my share of mess-ups from large pharmacies that either 1- take forever, 2- don't have the medicine, 3- are very expensive, or 4- don't care if you come back and treat you as such). The only time I do not shop at Medicine Shoppe is when I am traveling outside the country. Good job guys!”
