“Ben was so incredibly helpful! Long story short, I needed post-stroke meds for a family member that wasn’t discharged from the hospital until 5pm. North oaks was the ONLY pharmacy in the valley that had the meds, but it was “out of network” and EXTREMELY expensive! Not only did Ben go to bat for us with the insurance company, but when that failed he then helped us fill what we needed until an in-network pharmacy could fill the rest of the RX. Instead of leaving us stuck with a $600 “sorry!” - which I’m sure would have benefited his company - he helped me find a solution that was beneficial for my family! The same insulin from CVS was last time I got it there... $89 and going up. Over the years Walmart has saved me thousands of dollars on insulin alone. Best store in the world.”
