“I had an issue with the a/c for quite sometime and the maintenance did their best to fix the problem within a certain timeframe. Jose Granados came in today to fix the issue with the a/c . He came in very respectfully and professionally. Jose explained to us what needed to be fix and why. He was in and out of the unit like he wasn't even there and respected our space. Jose did it within 3 hours which is a lot faster than I had expected. Jose let us know when he was all done with the repair and gave us his information just in case if something went wrong and was nothing but happy to assist us. Will definitely request him whenever I need something fixed quick again. Very happy”
