Dispatch told me 1300 appointment I showed up at 0830 and was loaded and gone.. The two women in the office are extremely nice.. I would come back anytime.”

“Mekaniks Plus is great. Couldn’t be happier to have found these pros. Very cordial and accommodating, they check the car and found out that my AC blower motor was not working well. I don’t use the AC in winter so I would not have known what happened. What had happened is that when another company replaced my windshield they had dropped a piece of rubber molding in the AC blower. I called the windshield repair company and they rectify the issue. If they wouldn’t have checked the AC, this repair would of cost me a small fortune. Thank you Sergio and the team!”

“True professionals, reasonably priced and fast! I was very impressed with Stan and Tony. They really did a great job. What I truly appreciated the most is that they are all in one drywall, texture and painting. We had some water damage and had to cut out part of the drywall. This crew made it look better than before. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job in the time they estimated and did it for a reasonable price. I wish all contractors were as professional as these guys. Two thumbs up!!!”

“Small place but very friendly. They have a little patio to the left of the restaurant that helps make you experience better. That is if you are there on a warm, calm day. Where I come from you don’t really see the special that includes the mini blizzard for $4 to $6. We defined liked these special over the $5 buck deals. The staff was friendly and the food came out with a moderate amount of time. I prefer my chicken with a softer batter but it was fully cooked and the taste was good. This is one of our go to places for a cheap quick meal.”

“My home warranty company sent a tech from their subcontractor who said there was rodent damage inside my barely used oven and the oven needed to be replaced! I was not convinced so I called Frank & Sons based on the prior reviews I read here to get a second opinion. Shak came out and spent a very long time looking at all the wiring and agreed there was no rodent damage but instead it was the oven control board that had failed. Tim from Frank & Sons provided the documentation that persuaded the home warranty company to approve the repair. He tracked down the replacement part and Shak returned to install it. My "damaged beyond repair and needs to be replaced" oven is now working fine and the repair cost is being fully covered by the home warranty company. I couldn't be more satisfied with these folks!”

“Noel and Austin were the maintenance/repair techs who visited today. We had a lot of deferred maintenance on our split systems as well as our warm floor and solar water heating system. They are super professional, courteous and know their stuff. When Noel encountered a problem in our solar water system and a gas leak as well, he diagnosed it quickly and began consultations with the owner because it is such a complex system. At every step he let me know what he was doing and what had to wait for further consultation with the manufacturer and his supervisors. Having checked around in Ventura County over the years, my wife and I feel pretty confident in saying Kaiser AC is the best.”
