“My husband and I went into the Staples for several different things. He needed a desk calendar and we also needed to get a box of computer paper. Will my husband looked for the type of calendar he wanted I went to get paper. I found the box I wanted and put it in my cart and went off to get a few other minor items. I also needed to get new printer cartridges. As is usual, I had forgotten the number. A young clerk came up to us to ask if he could be of assistance and I told him I had forgotten the number. He asked me if I was in Staples member I indicated that I was. He asked me for my email address and input it into the computer and lo and behold up came the printer cartridge number I needed. He then took us to the checkout counter. He told us that with the type of paper we were buying we were eligible for a second box of printer paper at no charge. He was quick and efficient. This kind of customer service is unusual and it will ensure that my husband and I go back to Staples.”

“Jeremy did a great job on my crown. I had a cavity that could have easily been a root canal, but he gave that tooth extra attention and I haven’t had any issues since. Usually at other places they don’t do a good job of numbing the pain, but I felt nothing the whole time and feel great now that it’s all done. I highly recommend a visit.”

“One of my favorite places to go shopping for more tools. The place is always kept clean unlike the Oxnard location. Besides clean is always nicely organized. The people are helpful and can direct you in the right direction. I tend to buy a lot of stuff and often have to returned stuff that I ended up not using. I am able to return stuff with no issues.”
