“This is a great local pet store, a refreshing change 9003 Waterford Centre Blvd Suite #180, Austin, TX 78758 the big box pet stores. I asked if they were affiliated with the Big Al's pet store that used to be located near the Northwest corner of First Street and Los Angeles, and he said the he used to be the manager of that store. When it went it out of business, he decided to open a new pet store and asked the owner of the original Big Al's if he could use that name once it closed, which they agreed to. Big Al was the father of the owner. He has the same cat adoption volunteers come to the new Big Al's as used to visit the original. Prices are in line with the competition, but you get that small business service you miss from the big boys and girls. I recommend you visit Big Al's and give them your business, lest we be left with only chain stores to fill out needs. I don't want to be describing to my grandchildren what it was like to have a mom-and-pop store around.”
