(November 1, 2022, 9:29 am)Everything was done online! So easy and quick! My unit was very clean. I ordered a lock which was waiting for me when I arrived at the unit! And can't forget Pamela! I thought I was going to have issues due to my work schedule so I freaked a lil but Pamela advised me of the hours. She assured me there would be no problems getting in after I got off work. No stress! Thanks Pamela!

(September 17, 2022, 10:58 pm)Office lady very friendly and welcoming. Felt like a valued customer. The welcome bag was nice along with the storage unit map. Storage unit seemed okay. Was clean but had a puncture in ceiling insulation. Instructions to check-in were every helpful and easy to follow.

Pamela the GM was so helpful, and gave a detailed explanation of the rental process.
The property and storage units are well taken care of, and monitored 24/7.
