Austin and Carlos were outstanding.
I had an appointment scheduled several days out and they had the tires ordered to be delivered to them on time.
When their delivery arrived incorrect, they took responsibility for someone else’s mistake and upgraded my tires free of charge.
It’s rare and wonderful to see this level of professionalism and integrity. Bravo!

We got a flat and when putting on our spare found out it was also flat. After 3 gas stations didn't have working air pumps, found one and made it to Firestone 15 mins before they were closing on a Sunday night. They were so kind and willing to stay open to get us a new tire put on. I can't express the relief I felt knowing I wouldn't have to drive my Mother to the airport in the dark, with a spare the next morning.

I took my vehicle in without an appointment on a Saturday, fully expecting that it might be Sunday before I got it back. To my surprise, the vehicle was ready in a couple hours. Kudos for that.

Downside, they did not take the time nor effort to put the donut back after the tire was repaired. I will be taking it back soon to have that rectified. If not for that, this would have been a 5 star review.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Madan helped me back from a ledge and continues to be a key to my mental health.
