  They have a wonderful team that is accommodating, responsive and keep our spirits up.

  This place is beautiful. I love the gorgeous design of the buildings and the massive pool, the huge clubhouse with a pool table and a gym upstairs. The location is everything. All of the following are LESS THAN A 5 MINUTE WALK: the Sacramento River, the Rivercats Baseball Stadium, the Ziggurat Building, and the Tower Bridge. And best of all, you get a view of beautiful and massive fireworks almost every week during baseball season.

  I have lived here for over a year, and renewed my lease, despite a 6% increase in rent. That should give you an idea of how I enjoy living here despite the numerous new developments being completed.
  
  1) Parking here is tough only for those people that bring many cars with them. The place was designed for people that like to walk and bike. It's so close to downtown, take advantage of it! As someone with one car, the dedicated garage (with direct access to apartment -- awesome!) is secure is convenient.
  
  2) The floors are thick, but footsteps transduce easily. I've never heard my neighbors above talking, never heard their TV, never heard music. But I do hear their footsteps. I think the metal construction of the floors vibrates when you walk, which means footsteps in particular carry through the floors. But for the most part, apartments are nicely separated from noise.
  
  3) The leasing staff is nice. Rent is high. Sacramento is a great place to move right now. Not much else to say about that. They do their job. For anyone who thinks they are trying to "scam" you, read the lease before you sign it and make sure you understand what their rules are.
  
  4) Location is PRIME. You can walk to the Rivercats games, but the noise isn't a nuisance when you are at home. Walking or biking downtown is easy. With the new arena finally finished, there's a lot to do within a 10-minute walk or bike ride.
  
  5) The maintenance crew is always friendly and professional. The landscaping is always perfect, 10/10. At least some of the high rent money is being spent on keeping the property looking new.
  
  I think they need to develop a new pool-pass system and figure out how to make the HVAC units quieter. Otherwise, I'm happy. 4/5 will update in a another year.
