Shannon was amazing to work with. She is very helpful, honest, flexible and professional. Shannon will walk you thru the process and will be honest about delivery and installation expectations. Tim, installer, and his crew were professional, friendly and arrived on time and cleaned up their work area daily. His crew was efficient and worked quickly. After baseboards were installed all floors were vacuumed and looked beautiful. I was expecting the need to clean my house right after installation but that was not needed. They cleaned up after they were done and took away all trash, old flooring and materials. Highly recommend Capital Flooring for all you flooring needs. Added bonus this is a family run business not A big box store. You will become a friend afyer doing business with them.

We had a lot of difficulty finding reliable contractors after we first moved into our new home. The market was crazy! Thankfully we found Cap Flooring. They were amazingly responsive, and did a great job levelling and installing the floors in our dining room. Great work! We'll be back again.

We used Capital Flooring to redo the carpeting in the entire upstairs and on the staircase. The person at the showroom was very knowledgeable and very friendly, who helped us narrow down the carpet brand we wanted. Next, Nic came to our house to make measurements and write up an estimate. He took all the measurements quickly and even have us some information on flooring we were interested in doing in the downstairs. We received our write quickly and he was very responsive in tracking the stock and available of the carpets we wanted. The installation was great, and we are completely satisfied with the results. Had a great experience with Capital Flooring. When I first called, they were extremely helpful and promptly scheduled a appointment to measure our bathroom floor. They then came back, took measurements, and invited us to visit their store. At their store, they gave us great attention and helped us explore different options. They realized later that they accidentally underquoted me, but to their credit, they decided to keep with the lower price for integrity sake. The install was done in one day by great guys. Great customer service overall.

I had LVP flooring (Mission Collection, Cortona Labrada) installed throughout my home in January 2019. The project included the entire floor throughout the house--half of which is at right angles to the wall, since I did not want any transitions. It looks and feels absolutely beautiful, and I am thrilled with the result.

Capital Flooring and Design did a great job on my project. They quoted the job about six months before I actually did the work and stood by their pricing, which was great. They were so patient with me! Every time I came into their showroom to check in, they were friendly and helpful, giving me a high level of confidence in their expertise.

The lead installer, Carlos, is an excellent technician, especially in the preparation of the surface for flooring. My project included an area of ceramic tile, and the project plan called for removal of the tile. However, the way the tile area was constructed made it impossible to remove it, so the new floor had to be laid over top of it. Carlos did an amazing job of grinding and filling the tile then floating the approximate 3/8" difference between the height of the tile and the rest of the floor. The difference in "elevation" of the two areas is completely imperceptible, and the flooring lays perfectly on the new surface he created.

Carlos also assembled a great team for my project. He and his two installers worked very well together in what seemed to be a choreographed routine. The all anticipated each other's needs, and the job was done very efficiently. Last but not least, they all handled customer relations very well. I was pretty obsessive about how the floor would look with repeating patterns. All three of them were extremely courteous and patient with me and proved that I had absolutely nothing to worry about.

Quick Tip
I do have one bit of advice for all customers installing manufactured flooring, since repeat patterns are unavoidable. Talk to your installer at the beginning of the job about where the focal points on the floor will be (in front of the fireplace, for example), and where the floor is likely to be covered by rugs or furniture. Then you can focus your attention on those areas to make sure the areas of the floor that will be seen a lot are satisfactory to you.
